There are a few things that cause many Christians to achieve less than God wants them to. One of the main ones, I think, is immature, romantic relationships. In 'I Kissed Dating Goodbye' Harris talks of why he thinks 'dating' is wrong and now he sets out what to do when you find the person you think you may want to marry. This book is NOT legalistic although Harris does say he thinks couples should have boundaries and he truthfully tells us what his limits were. It was amazingly refreshing to hear someone talking of keeping yourself pure for your future spouse and suggesting ways of doing this. A definite buy. I would suggest this book to people of all ages and marriage status. To help in your own life and to give advice to others.

Wow everyone was asking the question 'what should i do when i find someone?'And believe me Joshua Harris delivers! Suprisingly down to earth and very practical in application. The book tackles deeper issues such as purity and past sexual sin in a mature and scriptural way. He proves that old fashioned values arent out of date but actually very relevant leading to a trusting, God centered realationship based on more than sexual attraction and a 'need' to get married. Thanks a lot mate

Just as good if not better than 'I kissed dating goodbye', 16 July, 2002

Again Joshua Harris has produced a brilliant book that gives the best advice from a Christian perspective on dating that I have ever heard.

I thought that 'I Kissed Dating Goodbye' was fantastic and completely agreed with it but was left wondering what happens when I meet somebody that I could spend the rest of my life with. Reading this book has answered that question and I now feel confident that God will help show me who that person is whether it is next year or 10 years down the line!

This book isn't just advice on how to handle dating and find the perfect match, it brings scripture and biblical relevance into the issue and encourages sticking to God's way during a relationship.

Thank you Joshua for another brilliant guide!!

As someone who's single, down to earth and doesn't like reading too much pretty I bought this book a little sceptically but my fears were proven wrong. I am currently only part way through the book but can hardly put it down and am on-line to order several copies for friends I know would benefit from reading it. If you want to have Godly relationships then this is a top book to read. Although focused on looking at long-term marriage type relationships it's also given me revelation on how to work at my relationships with friends and colleagues. It is easy to read, humourous, down to earth and yet full of great Godly principles and practical application. Joshua's first book 'I kissed Dating Goodbye' - (which I never got to read)is supposed to be a best seller but I have every confidence that this one with it's depth and wisdom will soon be at the top of everyone's must-have list!
