Over, Mrs Robinson: The New Older...
Wendy Salisbury, Maggi Russell
Women in their 40s and 50s today face a new and exciting challenge:
not since the era of The Goddess have we held such power and appeal.
Our images have totally changed from the matriarchs, earth mothers
and crones of yesteryear. The new millennial "woman of a certain
age" is attractive, versatile, graceful, sensual and above
all sexy. We are, in fact, having a lot better relationships and
better sex than in our younger years, irrespective of the view that
it is unseemly at our age. We have more relationship options than
ever before and the time, freedom, maturity and awareness to explore
them all. Although this book is primarily for single over 40s, we
hope that marrieds will enjoy it too. This is the new woman-osophy
- dispelling the old myths, and suggesting wise ways for the older
woman to enjoy a colourful life, create a home full of happy memories
and have all the sex and love she desires. And still stay a little
bit crazy after all these years.
At any age life has its characteristic difficulties and as each
new staging post is reached, some things have to be given up for
others to be gained. However, this book proves that you can achieve
a mature state of grace and wisdom and still be sexy, whatever your
age. Today women in their 30s, 40s and 50s hold so much more power
and appeal than the matriarchs of yesteryear - and they are enjoying
far better relationships and greater sex than in their younger days,
with more options than ever before. Primarily for single women,
married women of a certain age will also find this book invaluable.

I thought Move Over Mrs. Robinson was a hilarious, soulful,
uplifting, encouraging book for all women out, single or otherwise.
It covers all the various options of how to manage your sexual
and social life with great advice, humour and amusing anecdotes
and features chapters on sex mates, soul mates, toyboys, mistresses,
friendship, and how to cope happily with being alone. It is
a must have book for all women, and men can learn a lot too.
Buy it, read it, tell your friends about it but always keep
a copy on your bedside to dip into when you're feeling low.
